A report in the Daily Telegraph says that 'elite universities in UK are not so much bothered of the class for teaching.The fact is, however, that the top universities are relying on their reputation and design label to get undergraduates through the door, and not on the quality of the educational experience.' Out of 120 Institutes, rank of Oxford is brought down from 1st to 28th, Cambridge from second to 12th and Imperial college from 3rd to 37th position. The top three are reported to be :1.
