Completed morning program. Visited SBI Vikaspuri, CGHS. In chamber 12.30 to 3.30pm. Lt. Col. Jain came and discussed his case. He was going to Shillong today. Regarding lunch/dinner with Director CBI along with Pravesh, no communication has come. Discussed drafting of Joint will with Gaurang Vardhan. KTS peeped in the room. Retired to sleep at 11pm.
On 23rd :
On 23rd completed morning program. Visited DLTA, to meet Babloo. His office is now shifted in DLTA from Shanti Niketan. Shanti Niketan is a residential area. Finland Govt. thought that it was not proper to have their branch office in a residential area. WHO office is also located in the DLTA. Met Babloo and advised him to come to Vikaspuri to get UID cards made on Sunday the 25th after his in laws had left for Jaipur in the afternoon. He was to reach Vikaspuri by 4.30pm. Sh. Atul Ranjan came and discussed his case. He promised to give the documents required for preparing his statement on 24th. Sanjay Sahu came after a gap of about 6 months. He was seriously sick. I have sent his CV to ABC Consultants for considering his appointment on a post, advertised at Chandigarh. Atiar sent the draft statement of Lt. Col. Jain, I sent it to him at Shillong. Retired to sleep at 11pm.
On 24th :
On 24th completed morning program. There was a get together in the house of Sh. SK Dutta, former Director CBI. We were there with him for about 3 hours. He could now sit in the wheel chair after a prolonged treatment of multiple fracture during his journey from Haridwar to Delhi a couple of months back in a motor accident. KTS had invited for dinner in IIC. Could not go. Retired to sleep at 11pm.
On 25th :
Completed morning program except for some exercises. Spent the day at home. Talked to the grand children over Skype. Although I talked to Ruchi, but could not talk to Pilku as he was sleeping in Nigeria at that time. He is also online in the Skype with me. Neha came on the line. I heard her voice but could not see her. Infact after her coming on the line even the images of the children disappeared, may be she has not yet added me to her Skype. Retired to sleep at 11pm.
On 26th :
Completed morning program. Visited CGHS and consulted Dr.Mrs.Srivastava, CMO, incharge Pandara road, CGHS. She scrutinized the blood/urine reports of Venita and said that cramps in the muscles of her legs were due to High level of Sugar. Otherwise there was nothing significant in the blood/urine reports. She talked to Venita and told her this fact. Pilku rang up from London and promised to send some photographs. I informed him that I din't need anymore photographs for my Travelogue. I have got all that I wanted. SS Sharma came and spent about an hour. I told him about the assignment of ABC consultants at Chandigarh. He said he would write to the company. I have written to the company that I cannot go to Chandigarh as I am practicing Law at New Delhi. The offer is with the package of rupees 90 lacs per annum. Visited Khan market, Bengali market ,petrol shop & Big Apple for miscellaneous purchases. Caire fell in the bathroom and had a hairline fracture in his hipbone. He was having quite a bit of pain. I talked to him and would visit next day. Pravesh rang up. Retired to sleep at 11pm.

19th & 20th September
On 19th:
Completed morning program. Visited CGHS. In chamber from 12.45 to 4.15pm. Col. Jain along with Advocate Badrinath came for consultation, sent by Vikas. Adarsh Deewan has received the letter. In fact it had been wrongly delivered to another factory nearby. He got it collected from there.Spoke to Atiar to draft the statement of Col. Jain in connection with a case registered at Guwahati to prepare him to face the investigation. Coffee at Costa cafe. Pravesh and Vikas rang up for miscellaneous work. retired to sleep at 11pm.
On 20th:
Completed morning program. Visited SBI Vikaspuri. Neha was taken to the hospital due to diarrhea and low blood pressure. The doctor advised her to be put on drips. But it was decided to see if the medicines worked. Later she did not have to go on drips. She recovered towards the evening. She returned from Vrindaban on 18th and went to attend a birthday party on 19th. May be she took some food which caused diarrhea.
In chamber 12.30-3.30pm. Had coffee at costa cafe. Visited Hanuman temple in Chanakyapuri on way back. Retired to sleep at 11pm.

Completed morning program.In chamber from 12.15-4.45pm. Daga Rang up and said that he had sent some papers for advice. Learnt that Neha is slightly disturbed. Sent a consoling sms to her. Ruchi is on way back to London from Amsterdam. Asked her to send the photographs for the Travelogue. She had gone to Amsterdam on official work. She has since taken up a part time job. Kaushal, who is at Gurgaon, rang up and talked miscellaneous matters. Had coffee at Costa Cafe. Retired to sleep at 10.30pm.
On 15th:
Completed morning program. Visited Safdarjung hospital and met dental surgeon. Visited Gurgaon to participate in the birthday celebration of Babua. It was very well organized by Neha. There were games for children. In all 61 persons including children & adults joined. There was good food to eat. Babua was quite happy with a number of gifts,which he got from all participants. All of us wished & blessed him with long & happy life. Returned Vikaspuri at about 11pm. Retired to sleep around midnight.
On 16th:
Completed morning program. Visited CGHS. In chamber from 12.45-4pm. Gaurang Vardhan, Advocate, prepared a note on Law of Wills. I went through it. It is quite exhaustive & well drafted. Tarun has come to Delhi for his periodic check. He rang up from Gurgaon. Retired to sleep at about 11pm.
On 17th:
Completed morning program. Had coffee at Barista. Spent the day at home. Retired to sleep at about midnight.

Completed morning program. Went to District center to have a cup of Coffee at Barista, but returned without taking it. Retired to sleep at about 11pm.

10th to 13th Sept.
On 10th :
Completed morning program. It being a closed day, went to Barista for a cup of coffee in the District Center, Janakpuri. Vikas rang up and wanted to meet. I told him that we could meet on Monday the 12th. Bitti has received a summons to depose in a chain snatching case which she had filed quite sometime back when her golden chain was snatched at the time of buying some vegetables just outside the gate of her house at Kanpur. On coming to know of the incident I had talked to SSP Kanpur. The Police officers came in big number as also the SSP and SP City and took FIR from her. Lot of media also came and she was shown on the TV. The incident was also flashed in the local newspapers. The Police recovered the snatched chain from one, Ramu, and now she has to go to the court to identify the chain. But she is sick and cannot go on 17th September. I have requested Sh.Digvijay Singh, Advocate, to please appear in the court on her behalf and file a petition for deputation of a court Commissioner for recording her statement. I also advised him to make a prayer to the court to allow his daughter, Bitto, to appear and identify the chain. Sh. Digvijay Singh promised to take action as suggested.
It was birthday of Sh.Pramod Barma. I wished him long and healthy life. Visited photo studio for preparation of photographs for the Coffee book which I am preparing with a 20 page travelogue of my visit to London from 13th June to 4th July 2011. Retired to sleep at 11pm.

On 11th completed morning program. Visited India Habitat center to attend a Seminar on Right to Information Act and Citizen's Charter. It was quite thought provoking. Sh. KTS Tulsi headed the session from 3.30pm. But I could not wait that long as I had some other work. Met Kaarthikeyan, Sagar, Caire, Tulsi & some others. Retired to sleep at 10.30pm.

Completed morning program. Visited PNB, CGHS and SBI. In chamber from 1.30pm-4pm. Costa coffee at the cafe. Retired to sleep at 10.30 pm.

Completed morning program. Visited CGHS for collection of medicines. Went to Max hospital for depositing sample for test. Had coffee at Costa Cafe. Spent a couple of hours in the chamber. Retired to sleep at 11pm.
On 3rd:
Completed morning program. Sanjeev Saxena's elder brother,2 of his brothers-in-law and nephew came to my residence as I did not go to the chamber, it being Saturday. I do not go to chamber on Saturday unless there is important work/conference. I prefer to stay at home and take rest. They discussed the bail of Sanjeev Saxena, hearing of which is coming up on 6th. Sh. Amar Singh and other accused persons who are not yet arrested have also been summoned by the court to appear on the day. I told them that our next step in the matter of Sanjeev's bail would depend upon the outcome of hearing on 6th September. Venita went to Gurgaon today to stay with Babua and Neha till 6th. Bablu will return from Helsinki on 7th. Babua is very fond of his Dadi. So is Dadi fond of him. Retired to sleep at 11pm.

Completed morning program. Visited Barista for coffee. Watched Slumdog Millionaire on TV for sometime. Director CBI requested to attend a meeting in his chamber along with the retired Directors of CBI on 5th at 6pm. Retired to sleep at 10.50 pm.
