We are packed to leave for our son's place. Silku came with apparels  to be given Khyati at Uversity of Sheffield. We hope to meet her on a week end.

Returned VV from Vikaspuri in the forenoon.

Venita left for VV to pack for journey to elder son's place. I will follow her next day. Had to stay back to collect item after repair from a shop

Drove to Vikaspuri along with Venita in the evening. A female contestant of 'Kaun banega Caropati', a of mid day-meal service employee at a school won one crore in the Quiz game, conducted by famous cine-star Amitabh Banchan. Watched show form beginning to end. It was quite absorbing.

Khyati reached Manchester today early morning on way to University of Sheffield to join her medical degree course.

 Akshat is 13. According to Indian calendar, he was born on Friday, Navmi, at 9.57 am of Aswin's Krishnapaksh, Vikram Samvat 2063 in Moolchand hospital, New Delhi, India. It was also Shradha paksh during the period. It corresponded to Gregorian calendar's 15th September 2006. It is a Hindu belief that ancestors take births during the Shraddha pasha in families. We prayed for his long healthy life. We rang up at 7.30 am to wish and bless him. We did not disturb as he was asleep. Neha promised to connect him as soon as he woke up. Venita did Puja and distributed sweets to all including 
helps and guards.
Along with Venita, joined Akshat's birthday celebration at Vivo Taj,Gurugram. Besides his parents, his Nani, her sister (chhoti Nani) and Mausi specially came from Jaipur for the occasion.

4 and 5th Sept.

Late Kaushal died on 7th August at Jaipur. Some days back he had celebrated his 8oth birthday. I wrote on the day in my blog as follows :

"7th Aug
Had to cancel Venita's appointment with Dr. Anoop Mishra, Specialist in diabetics as we had to leave for cremation at Jaipur next day. Kaushal Saxena ,our Samdhi and batchmate, had expired in the afternoon due to sudden cardiac arrest.
8th Aug
Left Delhi at 9 AM. We could reach the crematorium after his body had been put on pyre and lit. We saluted him and prayed for the peace of departed soul. His brother had lit the pyre in presence of his friends and relatives. His two daughters including my daughter-in-law Neha, grandson Akshat and son-in-Parikshit also witnessed the last rites. Came back to the police guest house and after change and rest visited family of late Saxena at their house and conveyed our condolence. A number of friends and batch mates rang up to convey their condolences to Mrs. Saxena. She is shaken and much disturbed. We consoled her. She was inconsolable.  We prayed for strength to her to bear her loss. 
9th
Spent time with the family reminiscing about late Kaushal' qualities and loving nature. Left Jaipur at about 2 pm. Reached Delhi at about 11 pm."

On 31st August during lunch , Munna's son,Sidh, gave me a copy of first part of his book, titled, 'Leader  London and the dimension Mystery ' by Xpress Publishing, an imprint of Notion Press. It looks like science fiction.  He says it will have 4 parts. He is ready with 2 more parts for  print shortly. He has sold 20 books of  first part though Amazon so for.
