.Completed morning program. Attended 6th AK Dave Memorial Lecture on "Good governance and a secure environment-- essential for economic development" at IIC by Shri Vinod Rai, ex- CAG. His analysis of governance was enlightening, mostly along the lines, delineated in his book 'Not just an Accountant '. In the Supreme court from about 2 to 3.30 pm.
