Completed morning program. Visited RML hospital. In the Supreme court from about 12.30 to 3.30 pm. First phase of elections in 49 constituencies of Bihar is over. The results may be out on 9th Nov. All the seats are keenly contested. Difficult to predict which party will win how many seats. It appears NDA has slight edge over JD(U), Congress and Lalu's party combine.
