Attended an interaction with Noble Laureate Satyarthi at India International Center. He talked of erosion of moral values,kidnapping of children for beggary,prostitution and labor and necessity for crusade against these evils. Visited the family of Arunji,Tarun's brother-in-law, who expired a few days back due to heart attack. Retired to sleep at about 11 pm.

Completed morning program. Neha, our youngest daughter-in-law, was born today in 1973 at 10.16 pm at Kota, Rajasthan, corresponding to Amavashya of Paush, Krishnapaksha, Thursday, Samvat 2029. She is 42. Venita did Puja and distributed sweets to all in the temple. Her sister organized a get together at Jaipur to celebrate Neha's birthday .She is visiting her parents these days. We pray for her happiness, prosperity. good health and long life.

Completed morning program. Visited Vodafone Store on Jail road and SBI. In the Supreme court from about 1.30 to 2.30 pm.
Retired to sleep at about 10.45 pm.
PS : Note on Sri Lanka visit from 25th Dec to 1st Jan is under preparation and will be placed in rhe blog within few days.

Venita went to Noida to meet and bless Gita,our niece who was also born today.We could not contact her as her phone was out of order and her husband was at Lucknow. He came back today in the forenoon. |
