1st July

Completed morning program. Discussed the following items of the news of the day with the children : People are complaining against NHS helpline 111 which does not send ambulances; The mercury rose upto 35 degree Celsius. The trains are running at less speed lest the tracks buckle under heat. Entry of visitors to Wimbledon is being restricted by about 5000; Camron is backing 2nd runway at Gatwick;  he had committed it during election campaign. Expert Committee had recommended 3rd runway at Heathrow; The families lead such busy, atomised life that they don't even know that their own relations are dying ; Britain is almost as reliant on debt for growth as Greece once was.
