1st April

Went for 40 minute brisk walk covering  about 4 kms. The body opens up to receive nature's bounty after at least 30 minute work-out. A minimum of another 10 minute exercise is needed to absorb energy from the environment.
In the Supreme Court and chamber from about 12.30 to 4.15 .pm
Retired to sleep at 10.30 pm.
