Completed morning program except some excercises.Visited CGHS Pandara road & Ayurvedic CGHS at North Avenue.In chamber from 1 pm to 5 pm.Venita came & we went to Sagar Ratan to attend a get-together in connection with wedding anniversary of Babloo & Neha. Neha's parents and sister also joined in.
I have been having recurring nightmare/anxiety related dreams regarding facing difficulty in negotiating narrow passages,not getting outstanding ACRs and not being able to do well in examinations. Whenever I wake up after having seen these in the dreams I say to myself that there is no question of my appearing in any examinations or someone writing my ACRs or my getting lost in blind alleys, then why I should get such dreams. There is no rational justification. May be I was having fears relating to the matters earlier and they had taken deep roots in my unconscious mind which come up now. I have to delete these sanskars in course of my Vipassana meditations.
Retired to sleep at 11pm.

But I have been quite irregular earlier.Now I am trying to be regular.I work about 15-16 hours everyday. I prefer not to work on closed days.I must go out on a holiday at least once every year in India or overseas.I write travelogues after my visit to places.
