We could not go to Vikaspuri on 16th as technicians were not available for the day. Instead we went yesterday. This time work could not be completed as requisite part for repair was not available. We have now  been asked to go on Sunday (21st).If this time too there is a slip i will report to O'General hdqrs and request them to get the repair done..
