Dr.Caroli had last seen Venita on 7th Sept and observed that blockage of the artery had been  removed and that her heart was found to be enlarged. I searched  Google to find out what an enlarged heart was.'An enlarged heart (cardiomyopathy) isn't a disease, but rather a sign of another condition.' The walls of both sides of the heart  (also known as ventricles) become thin and stretched.'It could be due to prolonged blood pressure or genetics. Venita's blood pressure is generally normal.  Dr.Caroli does not answer many questions. He does not allow anyone to  accompany the patient. He has now prescribed 4 medicines as against 6 prescribed by him when he saw her first on 20.07.20. We are asked to see him now after 6 months with stress thallium report.

Venita felt heaviness in the the chest in the evening yesterday. I suggested we should see Dr. Caoli today. She told it was not necessary and went to Vikaspuri. She said she was feeling fine.. I checked at Vikaspuri. She said she was fine
