Attended lunch on sprawling lawn of Meghalaya house to celebrate coming into being of Meghalaya state, 44 years back on 21st Jan 1972. Families of Meghalaya, officers, both serving and retired, joined in. Advocate Atiar and Shri Ghosh, former secretary Govt of India met me at CSOI.We discussed professional matters.
