Completed morning program. Vinod Rai, former Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG), was invited to speak on his book, "Not just an Accountant" by the Civil Services officers Institute,Chanakyapuri. Accompanied by Venita, attended the event. He advised the members to be bold to express their views on all issues and reduce the same in writing too.
