Completed morning program. Visited CGHS. In the Supreme court and chamber  from about 12 .30 to 4.30 pm.
Below is given the photograph of Amolikaa going to France for a holiday with her friend Darcey, in Eurostar. Ruchi and Darcey's mother are also with them.

Attended reception of three ex-IPS officers who were elected Members of Parliament during last General  Elections at Arsipso office in the evening.

Below is the photograph of Abhishree,taken at the Heathrow airport, with her schoolmates going to Ireland for a week to camp with Girl Guides. She had earlier gone to France (to Normandy) a couple of weeks back with her school on a different assignment.

28th July

Completed morning program. The Memorandum of the Association of the Retired Senior IPS Officers was handed over  to the Seventh Central Pay Commission at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Bhavan in Qutab Institutional area. In the chamber from about 1 to 5.30 pm.
Abhishree scaled a building the other day. In the silhouette of it,  she looks like a squirrel climbing a tree. This sport will give her lot of confidence to take risks in life and make her fearless. You do not achieve your goals unless your mind is fearless and you take calculated risks.

26th July

Completed morning prgram. Spent the day in finalizing memorandum to the seventh Central Pay Commission. Abhishek Kumar assisted.
Albert Einstein : " Never stop questioning. Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is to not stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. People like you and. I, though mortal of course, like everyone else, do not grow old no matter how long we live. What I mean is that we never cease to stand like curious children before the great Mystery into which we were born.”

Encourage children to question. My three year old granddaughter is very questioning. It is natural. She is trying to understand the environment.

Completed morning program.  Visited CGHS. In the chamber from about 1.30 to 5 pm. Venita along with some ladies decked around and over Shiva Ling in the the Society temple with flowers, colorful buntings and vandanvars on the second Monday of the month of Shravan. On the first Monday there were only white flowers and ambiance of whiteness. Today it was only color and color and color all around.

Completed morning program. Attended Executive committee meeting of Arsipso.

A mountain in Antarctica is named after 'Akhori Sinha', an American Scientist of Indian origin, adjunct professor in the Department of Genetics, Cell Biology and Development at the University of Minnesota. Venita's mother belonged to Akhori family of Bihar.

Completed morning program.Venita went to Gurgaon to greet Subhash on his birthday and meet children. It was quite hot and humid day. No signs of rains. Spent the day doing misc. work from home.
