Inquiry Commission

When I was meditating today I thought as to why Meghalaya Govt. appointed me as a counsel for appearing before an Inquiry Commission in the matter relating to jails etc. and later appointed somebody else.Both the orders were issued with the approval of the Govt. When I asked the Govt. over phone they could not give me the reason.It is well said that there are many slips between the cup and lips. It is the result of interplay of multiplicity of factors.I never tried for the appointment.I wish all well to those who are appointed.
