Planned quitting Driver's accommodation at Vikaspuri from next month as it is no longer required. It cost us over Rs. 40,000/-annually. Venita's visits to Vikaspuri were for 2/3 days in last three months. We thought that the driver  could travel back to VV after leaving Venita/me at Vikaspuri whenever we went there. It took 20 minutes during non-crowded hours/days and 40 minutes during crowded hours/days to drive to and back . He could come back  next day early morning to Vikaspuri so-on-so forth.

Central Govt in a circular said that some state Govts flouted rules issued under Section 35 of the Central Disaster Management Act. It decided to send teams to monitor districts with mandate to issue further orders on the spot if required. It followed relaxations on 20th April. Central Govt was in the process of formulating guidelines was further action after 3rd May.
