Completed morning program. As Babloo is having a working day on 1st Dec, his birth date, we celebrated it in advance and had dinner together. Silku could not come due to preoccupation and Venita is in London.

Completed morning program. Visited Max hospital. In the Supreme court from 3 to 4 pm.
PM Modi addressed 2 rallies in Jammu and Kashmir. He invoked people to vote for BJP. Departing from their earlier stand, there is no mention in the Party's vision document{instead of manifesto} for abrogation of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution,which gives special status to the State.
The DSPE Act is amended enabling selection of  the Director CBI by a panel consisting of the PM,the CJI or his representative and the Leader of the single largest party in Lok Sabha in absence of the Leader of opposition. The amendment was necessitated as no party qualified to be named as Opposition party. None won 10 percent of seats of the total strength of Lok Sabha.The Congress party was ten short of 10 percent.

Completed morning program. Visited SBI. In the Supreme court from about 1 to 3 pm.
The 18th SAARC summit at Kathmandu did not achieve much except coming together of heads of the SAARC countries which itself is significant. They open up at informal level and know where they stand against each other on bilateral  issues.  Energy cooperation pact was the only achievement of the Summit. Road and Rail are to follow.

Completed morning program. In the Supreme court from about 12.30 to 3 pm.
26/11  sixth anniversary was observed at Mumbai.It reminds us of what terror can do to innocent human beings.Over 166 people were killed and  many more injured in hotels and on the rooads of  Mumbai.

Completed morning program. Researches have established that drinking of too much of milk can be detrimental to health. It is better to take it in moderation.
The reason for delineation of only German as third language in KVS curricula by the UPA govt is not clear. It is not one of the languages, listed in the 8th Schedule of the  the Indian Constitution. It could be pursued only as an optional subject. But the mistake could be corrected from the next academic year to avoid inconvenience to students this year.
