An editorial comment in the Daily Telegraph today clarifies the meaning of Brexit, captioned :"The framework of Brexit is clear to see".'For many months, critics of Brexit have called for detail of the deal by which this country will depart from the European Union. In fact they are not calling for detail at all,but seeking to raise an infinite number of objections in order to reverse the democratic decision of the British people. Still if they are taken at their word,it is perfectly straightforward that the level of detail has been appropriate at every stage. First the referendum made it very clear that steady sapping of sovereignty that accompanied membership of E.U.,must be reversed. From this flowed the national consequence that Britain should in order to regain control of her borders strike trade agreements where we see fit-leave single market and the customs union. Nor should the European court of justice continue to have a supreme say in legal matters here.
This is the framework of Brexit, the skeleton on which all else will hang."

We visited our friend,Richard,85,an Englishman at Winchester in the forenoon. Our friendship with him is now about 37 year old. We met him in March 1980 during deputation to UK's Bramshill Police college for Intermediate Command course with British SPs. On return to London, wrote them :
"Dear Janet/Richard
It was touching to see you in your habitat, beautifully maintained with flowers.vegetable garden and lawns. We can never forget veg. lunch, served to us and your courtesies to come, receive and see us off at Winchester railway station. You gave us VIP treatment. Your kind treatment to Seema was unique. God will bless you for it.. We were not aware of all those good things done to her. We express our deep gratitude and thanks to you and Janet for the same.
We will continue to keep in touch till we breath our last.
Regards"

Divide between rich and poor must close, said Chairman, UK Social Mobility Commission . "Closing the gap may take 80 years. More is required to be done to resolve the problem of 'us and them' society."
Quotable Quotes :"Unlike a drop of water which loses its identity when it joins the ocean, man does not lose his being in the society in which he lives. Man's life is independent. He is born not for the development of the society alone, but for the development of his self." B. R. Ambedkar
