After lot of effort (spread over one year and 6 months ), Anand,(Shanno's second son)has been able to open an account in the name of Shanno in Mumbai. It should now be possible to transfer her share of the sale proceeds of the Fatehpur house to the Account as desired by her. I hope there a nominee to the Account too as per R.B.I's guideline .
