Went for 50 minute brisk walk. RN rang up and talked about developments that led to the holding of the Special Session of the General body of the Society. I told him that immediate cause, according to my assessment, was the notice to give a heavy sum of money by each member to pay off the decreetal amount to the contractor. Packed up for journey to Srinagar tomorrow. DGP who was requested to provide requisite security confirmed it.
