Attended a seminar at IIC in the evening on 'India and China'. A carrier diplomat ,Ashok Kantha, Professor Srikanth Kondapally of JNU in Chinese studies and Jayadeva Ranade, a former Additional Secretary of the Cabinet Secretariat constituted the panel. Participating in the seminar, I spoke of my experience during recent visit to Vietnam, Cambodia and short cruise in south China sea in the context of Chine's relationship with Asean countries.
