Could not adhere to morning program. Went for 45 minute brisk walk. Attended a 3 hour Vipassana program from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm, followed by lunch at Logistat farm about 9 km from Chhatarpur temple beyond Asola and Sawan Public School Delhi. Venita accompanied.
