Could go for a brisk walk for 45 minutes. It is quite hot today. Had to reach the dental surgeon clinic by 9.30 am.Visited Dental clinic. I have to visit it again. In chamber from 12 to 2.30 pm. Held arbitration proceedings from 3 to 4 pm.
Retired to sleep at 10.30 pm.
